We accept custom orders for welded pipes made of stainless steel, titanium, and nickel alloys in non-standard sizes, with thicknesses ranging from 0.05 mm to 1.0 mm, starting from just one piece.
Our welded pipes are made by cutting and roll forming from sheet material, using the microplasma welding method. We perform welding without filler material, using a butt joint shape. The beads have minimal unevenness and distortion, achieving high precision and receiving positive feedback. Features: - We can manufacture within a thickness range of 0.05 mm to 1.0 mm. - We can accommodate production starting from just one piece. - In addition to stainless steel, we can also manufacture using special materials such as titanium, Hastelloy, Inconel, and nickel. - We can produce and ship in as little as two business days. - All production is done in-house.
